This was a full infrastructure project directly contracted with the City of Independence.. Mass Excavation, Roads, Sewer, Storm, Electrical Street Lights, Utilities, Water Piping, Manholes, Catch Basins, and Fire Hydrants. The project was completed by the landscape team and included full irrigation, planting, retaining walls, storm planters, and landscape restoration at the adjacent park.
