We want to make sure we understand your team and have a proper understanding of how the chain of command works. Next we will review the goals for the property, ensuring that we are aligned. Lastly, we will discuss the budget. A good understanding of the current and long term budget ensures our services consistently deliver a return on your investment.
GTLS will provide a proposal for the work discussed in discovery. Our contracts are typically annual agreements with a uniform monthly payment. The uniform cost is developed by amortizing the annual service plan costs over a twelve month term.
Once the proposal is signed, we schedule an onboarding meeting. This meeting aligns your dedicated service crew with your onsite team, contract and expectations.
Once accepted, your account is assigned to an Account Manager. This individual becomes your single access point to all our services. They will provide regular site meetings, video site reviews, enhancement proposals, and handle the renewal of the service agreement.
