This building rehabilitation project for CRMG was completed by the GT Construction team, specializing in property renovations and upgrades. Work included full rehabilitation of half the property’s buildings with two layers of roofing removed, lead paint certification, new siding, decks, and window replacements. The project also featured fresh paint and interior window trim. Jointly managed by the Maintenance Account Manager and Project Manager, the work was completed with minimal disruption to the community.
