This milestone project with Kodiac Pacific marked our first major landscape installation exceeding $1 million. Located along Airport Way, the scope included a 6” irrigation mainline, extensive irrigation with Maxicom central control, soil amending, grading, planting, and lawn installation. All plantings were carefully selected as bird deterrents to support the site’s needs.
