GT Landscaping has proudly served as the preferred landscaping provider for Fruitland Meadows Apartments in Southeast Salem, Oregon, for several years. We take immense pride in enhancing this community by meticulously maintaining garden beds, common areas, landscape lighting, and seasonal plantings.

We conduct annual safety inspections for the property, which include checking for broken curbing, sidewalks, and trip hazards. We also assess potential ice storm damage from overgrown trees and plant materials, ensuring adequate lighting near sidewalks and parking lots. Additionally, we ensure that no trees obstruct light posts. As a HUD property, we consistently ensure compliance with Oregon state mandates, such as preventing plant materials from touching buildings and ensuring that plants do not block fire escapes (windows). Furthermore, we assist with drainage projects for parking lot catch basins and help plan for snow or ice events.
